How fun! Get all bundled up and enjoy some snow and then hot cocoa! Build a snowman for us and tag us in your photos! We are @activemomsblog on IG and @activemoms everywhere else. We always ask my Sissy to build us snowmen because she just moved to Sparks, Nevada and it is cold!

You and me both! It was 76 degrees today – we loved it! Yesterday at the zoo, we had to take off our jackets, sweaters and scarves – it was hot walking around finding all the cool lego sculptures 🙂 Have a great time at the zoo and the botanical garden. Have you been to Hole in the Rock – right behind the Zoo? It is an easy hike and perfect for our winter weather. Super cool view and the kids are delighted by crawling through the hole in the rock and seeing the amazing views!

We are hoping for the same! My son want to go sledding! I am bringing another set of clothes for everyone because no matter how you scotch guard – everyone still gets sopping wet and freezing cold. Do you know any great places for hot cocoa? We like to eat at Granny’s Kitchen and visit the Sweet Shoppe Nut House for dessert!
