My family cannot get enough of pancakes. Ever. And so we quest to find the best pancakes in the Valley. Probably very much like you, I’ve been eating pancakes all my life and the ones they serve you at the Gilbert House are without peer. We go every year for my birthday breakfast and as many times in between as we can!
The owner has a really interesting background and her staff – those in the kitchen and those bringing you the food, delivers every time.
Hours are 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily.
