Team will “drop lures” in the hours leading up to first pitch on Zack Greinke Bobblehead Night
The Arizona Diamondbacks announced that they will drop lures at pokestops around Chase Field to help fans find Pikachu and his friends in the hours leading up to Zack Greinke Bobblehead Night, presented by Safelite AutoGlass this Saturday, Aug. 6.
The team is encouraging fans to come to the ballpark early as gates open at 3 p.m. for the anticipated first bobblehead of Greinke in a D-backs uniform. On a typical bobblehead night at Chase Field, fans line up early to ensure they are one of the first 20,000 fans in attendance in order to receive the popular giveaway item.
Lures will begin to be dropped several hours before first pitch on the Gila River Casinos Plaza outside Chase Field and will continue to attract the popular digital characters until 5:00 p.m. First pitch for the game is at 5:10 p.m. Purchase tickets here.
