Here in Arizona – with so many backyard swimming pools, public pools, and fun-filled water parks for children to play in – one of the very first classes that parents enroll their babies in is swim lessons at Hubbard Family Swim Schools.
There are three Hubbard Family Swim School locations – in Phoenix, Peoria, and Mesa – and their weekly classes are specially designed for babies and children 6 months to 12 years of age.
The Hubbards’ basic philosophy is this: Children everywhere MUST learn how to swim. Learning to swim should not be a choice. Their priority is to teach children to love and respect the water and they are committed to providing swim lessons that build confidence and teach water safety skills in a child-centered environment.
Since 1998, when their first swim school location opened in Phoenix, the Hubbards have been blessed to teach thousands of children from all over the state of Arizona. Many of their students have also gone on to successful competitive swimming careers in college and have grown up to become lifeguards and swim instructors themselves. In fact, many of their swim instructors actually met their spouses while working together at the swim schools. They have had plenty of staff members who met on the pool deck, took the plunge into marriage, and eventually had several water babies themselves!
Kathy and Bob Hubbard, the co-owners of Hubbard Family Swim Schools, are the proud parents of 8 children and many grandchildren. For more information about swim classes for your child, visit www.hubbardswim.com
